For instance it would be easy to come to Hanalei, Hawaii and make an idyllic life-style documentary, based upon the sheer beauty of the place and the happy general populace. But One Square Mile cuts to the chase, whilst showing the obvious attractions of the town and it's people, it shows the underbelly also, which every small town has and even shangra-la would have had as well. In conclusion this is excellent film-making.
